Delivery Time: 5-7 business days worldwide via express courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS).
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your Loom Art Rug ships.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely in love with your Loom Art Rug!
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and safely packaged.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Custom Orders: Please note that customized or personalized size orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Care Instructions:
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar. Spot clean immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional rug cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years. Initial shedding is completely normal for new wool rugs and will subside with regular vacuuming
