Care Instructions
To keep your LOOM ART RUG looking pristine:
Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly using suction only (turn off the beater bar to prevent pulling the yarn).
Shedding: Light shedding is normal for new tufted rugs and will subside with regular vacuuming over the first few weeks.
Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub.
Cleaning: For stubborn stains or deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is highly recommended.

Delivery Time: Standard free shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Packaging: Rugs are securely rolled and wrapped in heavy-duty, weather-resistant packaging to ensure safe transit.
Exchange & Return Policy

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Damaged Items: If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
