Care Instructions
To keep your LOOM ART RUG looking plush and vibrant:
Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly using a low-power setting. Do not use a vacuum with a rotating beater bar, as this can pull the tufts.
Shedding: Slight shedding is completely normal for new tufted rugs and will subside after a few light vacuums.
Spills: Spot clean immediately by blotting (do not rub) with a clean, damp white cloth and mild detergent.
Washing: Do not machine wash or dry clean. Keep away from excessive moisture.
Shipping Info
Processing Time: Because each rug is meticulously handmade to order, please allow 5-8 days for us to tuft, carve, and perfect your piece before shipping.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships!
Packaging: Rugs are carefully rolled and securely wrapped to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your LOOM ART RUG!
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for non-customized standard sizes.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Note: Custom-sized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
