Returns & Exchanges:

Accepted Returns: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: The rug must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Custom Orders: Please note that personalized or custom-sized rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
