Care Instructions
To keep your LOOM ART RUG looking pristine:
Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly using suction only (turn off the beater bar to prevent pulling the tufted yarn).
Shedding: As with all premium wool rugs, some initial shedding is completely normal and will subside with regular vacuuming over the first few months.
Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub.
Cleaning: For deep cleaning or stubborn stains, professional rug cleaning is highly recommended.
Maintenance: Rotate your rug every 3–6 months to ensure even wear and prevent fading from direct sunlight.
Shipping & Processing
Processing Time: Each rug is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch. Please allow 5-8 business days for processing.
Shipping: We use trusted express couriers (FedEx/DHL). Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your beautiful rug leaves our workshop.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your rug! If you are not completely satisfied:
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-sized or personalized rugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
