Delivery: We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping! We ship securely via trusted couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days once dispatched. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your rug ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Loom Art Rug!

Returns: We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.
