Care Instructions

Shedding: Initial shedding is completely natural for high-quality New Zealand wool and will subside within a few weeks of regular vacuuming.
Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub.
Deep Cleaning: Professional rug cleaning is recommended every 1–2 years to maintain the vibrancy and texture.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
