Care Instructions
Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly using suction only (turn off the beater bar) to prevent pulling the wool fibers.
Shedding: As with all authentic new wool rugs, some initial shedding is completely natural. This will subside after a few weeks of regular vacuuming.
Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub.
Cleaning: Professional rug cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years to maintain the vibrant colors and deep texture.

Because each rug is handcrafted, slight variations in size (up to 1-2 inches) may occur.

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
