Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly using suction only (turn off the beater bar to prevent damaging the tufted loops and carved edges).
Shedding: Slight shedding is completely normal for new wool rugs and will diminish over the first few weeks with regular vacuuming.
Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, undyed cloth. Do not rub.
Cleaning: Professional rug cleaning is highly recommended for deep stains or annual maintenance.
Protection: Use a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your floors, and extend the life of the rug.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
We want your shopping experience to be seamless! All our international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you see is the final price. We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upfront, so your beautiful new rug will be delivered straight to your door with no hidden charges or delays at customs.

Processing Time: Since many of our rugs are handcrafted to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for production.
Shipping Time: Express Shipping via DHL/FedEx (Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once shipped).
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your rug leaves our workshop.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom-sized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
📝 Note for Buyer
Please unroll your rug as soon as it arrives and allow 24-48 hours for it to lay completely flat. You may notice a slight "new wool" scent upon opening; this is completely harmless and will dissipate quickly in a well-ventilated room.
