​Cleaning: Spot clean with a mild, wool-safe detergent. For deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is highly recommended.
​Shedding: Slight shedding is completely normal for new wool rugs and will diminish after a few weeks of regular vacuuming.

We ship all our rugs DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we take care of all international customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upfront. The price you see at checkout is the final price—you will not receive any surprise bills from customs upon delivery.
