Care Instruction
Vacuum regularly on a low setting without a beater bar to prevent damage to the tufted loops.
New wool rugs naturally shed. This is completely normal and will subside with regular vacuuming over the first few months.
Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with a clean, undyed cloth. Do not rub.
Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deep stains or annual maintenance.
Exchange
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back in its original, unused condition. Please contact us prior to sending the rug back so we can authorize the exchange and provide the correct return warehouse address.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
