Initial Shedding: As with all new wool rugs, some initial shedding is completely normal and will naturally subside with regular vacuuming over the first few weeks of use.
Returns & Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and dispatch the item back within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
