Note for Buyer: Because our raw wool is hand-dyed and sun-dried naturally, slight variations in color shading (abrash) are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship, not a defect. During extreme weather conditions, natural drying times may slightly extend production by a few days, but we ensure impeccable quality before any item leaves our facility.
Exchanges & Returns: We proudly stand by our craftsmanship and accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days. Please note: Buyers are responsible for return international shipping costs to our facility in India. To avoid high shipping losses, our customer service team is always happy to work with you on a partial refund or alternative resolution if the rug does not completely meet your expectations.
