Natural Shedding: Because this is a new, 100% natural wool rug, some initial shedding is completely normal. This will subside over time with regular vacuuming (usually within 4-6 weeks).
Note for Buyer: Due to differences in monitor displays, lighting conditions during photography, and the handmade nature of the dye process, slight color variations may occur. Every hand-tufted rug is unique, and minor variations in the carved pattern are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.
Exchange & Returns: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
