Note for Buyer: Due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and natural lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Because each rug is handmade, slight variations in size (up to 2 inches) and carved patterns are normal and showcase the unique artisanal nature of the product.
Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Policy: We gladly accept returns for standard-size rugs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): For the smoothest experience, all international shipments are sent DDP where available. This means we handle all export/import logistics, and standard customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us—no surprise fees at your doorstep. Packaging: Rugs are rolled tightly and securely wrapped in heavy-duty, waterproof packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Yes, light to moderate shedding is entirely normal for new hand-tufted wool rugs. This is a natural characteristic of the natural fibers and will significantly decrease after a few months of routine vacuuming.

Will the rug arrive folded or rolled?
To protect the structural integrity of the backing and the tufted pile, we always ship our rugs rolled, never folded. If the edges are slightly curled upon arrival, simply lay the rug flat and place a few heavy books on the corners for 24-48 hours.
