⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Care Instructions:
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar (suction only) to prevent pulling the wool fibers.
Shedding is entirely normal for new wool rugs and will diminish significantly after 1-2 months of regular vacuuming.
Spot clean immediately with a damp, un-dyed cloth and mild wool-safe detergent. Do not rub.
Professional rug cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years for deep soil removal.
Note for Buyer: Because every rug is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, size (up to 2-3%), and design scale may occur. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings and the lighting in your home.
Exchange & Return Policy: We want you to love your rug! We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom orders within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom/personalized rugs cannot be returned.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We can customize this design in almost any size, shape (round, runner, square), or color palette to perfectly match your decor. Message us with your requirements for a free quote.
Why is my new rug shedding?
Shedding is a natural characteristic of high-quality hand-tufted wool rugs. It is not a defect. Regular vacuuming will reduce shedding over the first few weeks.
Will the rug arrive folded or rolled?
To protect the integrity of the hand-tufted backing and prevent heavy creasing, all our rugs are shipped rolled. Any slight curling at the edges upon unpacking will flatten out naturally within 24-48 hours.
